These terms apply when a business (“you”) creates a Kartfern workspace or uses the Kartfern admin, apps and stores. By signing up you agree to them. Questions go to support@kartfern.com.

Who operates Kartfern

Kartfern is a product of LeagueSoftwares, a sole proprietorship in India. GSTIN: 03BMSPS4410H1ZZ. For business and account enquiries, write to support@kartfern.com.

Your account

Give accurate details, keep your password safe and tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your staff do.

What you sell

You are the seller to your customers. You are responsible for your products, prices, taxes including GST, delivery, returns, refunds and the policies on your store, and for following the law. You may not use Kartfern to sell illegal or harmful goods, mislead customers or send messages people did not agree to receive.

Payments

Shopper payments are processed by the payment provider you connect, such as Razorpay, under that provider’s own terms and fees. Kartfern does not charge a fee on your sales. Subscription fees for your Kartfern plan are shown on the pricing page and are charged in advance for each billing period.

Trials, renewal and cancellation

Eligible new workspaces can try Kartfern for 14 days. Review your selected plan, billing period, applicable taxes and total before paying. Automatic collection applies only when you authorise an autopay mandate. The workspace owner can stop autopay through the subscription area; stopping it does not automatically refund an earlier payment or delete your account. See our cancellation and refund policy.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You must follow our acceptable use policy and have the rights needed for the content you upload. You retain your rights in your business content and allow us to process and display it as needed to provide the service. Using Kartfern does not transfer ownership of its software, brand or documentation to you.

Your data

Your products, customers and orders belong to you. You can export them. We handle personal information as described in our privacy policy.

Availability

We work to keep Kartfern available and secure, and we back it up, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features over time and will tell you in advance about changes that significantly affect you.

Ending your account

You can stop using Kartfern at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk, and will tell you why where we can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Kartfern is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Use our contact page for assistance or our complaints route to raise an unresolved concern. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
