Billing and subscription questions
Include your invoice or payment reference, payment date and the issue you need help with. Do not send full card numbers, UPI PINs or bank login details.
Privacy and account requests
For access, correction, export or deletion requests, include the email address associated with your account. We may need to confirm your identity and authority before acting on business or shopper data.
An order from a merchant
Contact the store where you placed the order first. The merchant handles products, delivery, returns and order refunds. Include the store URL and order number if you ask Kartfern to help route an unresolved concern.
