Rules that help keep Kartfern reliable and respectful for merchants and shoppers.
Sell lawfully and describe products honestly
Use Kartfern only for lawful business activities. Do not offer prohibited goods or services, counterfeit products, stolen property, fraudulent offers or content that infringes another person’s rights. Keep product descriptions, prices and availability accurate.
Respect people and their information
Collect and use customer information only when you are authorised to do so. Do not upload unlawfully obtained lists, send unsolicited campaigns, impersonate another business or publish private information without permission. Honour unsubscribe requests.
Protect accounts and systems
Do not try to access another workspace, bypass permissions, steal credentials, distribute malware or interfere with the service. Do not conduct disruptive testing against production systems. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately through our security contact.
Avoid deceptive activity
Do not create fake reviews, misleading discounts, fraudulent orders or abusive payment activity. Do not use the service to harass, exploit or threaten people.
Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for your staff, content, licences, taxes, consumer disclosures and store policies. Connected payment, shipping and communication providers may impose additional terms.
Reports and enforcement
Report suspected misuse to support@kartfern.com with relevant URLs and evidence. We may investigate, restrict features, remove content or suspend access where necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal obligations. Any review must avoid exposing another person’s private data.
