How Kartfern subscription cancellations, billing concerns and refund requests are handled.
What this policy covers
This policy covers subscriptions and services purchased directly from Kartfern, operated by LeagueSoftwares. Purchases from merchant stores are governed by the seller’s policies and applicable law.
Before you pay
Review the plan, billing period, features, taxes and total shown at checkout. Kartfern offers a 14-day trial for eligible new workspaces. A trial does not itself authorise a recurring charge.
Stop automatic renewal
If you have enabled autopay, the workspace owner can cancel it from the subscription area in the admin. Confirm the cancellation status before the next collection date. A payment already being processed may need separate review. Contact support if you cannot access your account.
Cancellation and account closure
Stopping autopay stops future mandate collections; it does not by itself delete your workspace or reverse an earlier payment. For account closure or subscription cancellation assistance, email support@kartfern.com. Export records you need before requesting deletion.
Request a refund or report a billing error
Email support@kartfern.com with your workspace, transaction or invoice reference, payment date and reason. Tell us if you believe a payment is duplicated, unauthorised or linked to a service problem. We review requests against the payment records, service supplied, agreed terms and applicable law; submitting a request does not automatically approve it.
If a refund is approved
We will communicate the outcome and any available payment-provider reference. Refunds are normally routed through the original payment method. Bank and provider processing times vary. Never share an OTP or make an additional payment to receive a refund.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes a refund, remedy or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support if you believe the service was not supplied as agreed.
