How Kartfern software access is supplied and how merchant delivery differs.
Access to an online service
Kartfern supplies software, not a physical product. After account creation you can sign in and configure your workspace. Eligible new workspaces receive a 14-day trial. Paid access depends on the plan and billing period confirmed at checkout, after payment-provider verification.
If paid access is missing
Check the workspace and email address used for the purchase and refresh your subscription details. If access is still missing, email support@kartfern.com with the transaction reference. A bank debit alone may not mean provider verification has finished. Avoid paying again until the earlier transaction has been checked.
Setup and merchant orders
Product imports, domain connections and payment or shipping integrations may require further setup and provider approvals. Workspace creation does not guarantee those approvals. Merchant products, shipping fees, tracking and delivery schedules are the merchant’s responsibility; contact the seller about a purchase from its store.
